Hi Guys,
Has any one booked any flat in Ashish J K apartments ,Marathahalli(Builder - Aashish Developer and Builders)? It seems currently booking is in progress for the C Block ( A & B Block is over). Please let me know how good the builder is as not found any review regarding the builder.

I also saw that venture. He was saying 2900/-. any one has floor plans and current availability chart ? I have also seen sonesta meadows opposite to this one. they are quoting 3300/- why such a price difference ? also main concern for me would be ROAD. on the way there is a farm land. And would there be
sewage drain canal ?
water pipeline ?
internet connectivity ?
