Lot of Apartments left unsold in Perumbakkam as lot of water logging in this area and salt ion ground water and there are lot of resale properties up for sale as the rental income is peanuts.....think 100 times before investing. Think about the carpet area to saleable area...its very less and consider factors like UDS, ground water (if its salty, steel pipes will start rusting soon...i have seen this in most apartments in chennai). Also there are lots of resale properties available at Embassey residency...close by Global hospital at perumbakkam, where people find it difficult to sell as they bought it at a very high price and now suffering as cost of flat to rental is not that great.
