The builder and landlord have not yet completed the block 1 since last few years.
There is no possibility that Tejas Daffodils will be completed in next 5 yrs.
Builders are known for delays. Do not trust the words of marketing agents.they will disappear once you book the flat.
Delay cannot be for years. There is timelines for everything. Why would builder have financial problems? Did not they take whole money from owners? all pending work has to be completed and provide basic amenities for Block 1 owners like generator which is pending for years, the borewells also has to be repaired.
This is opinion of all Block 1 users. and feedback on behalf of all.

I have got to know that it does not provide generator facility and many more to the Sai Bloomingdale residents though money has already been collected from them.Can anybody specify more on the hicupps faced with Tejas Sai Bloomingdale and does the builder finish project within stipulated time or delay it to an extent and take extra charges on it as well.

My comments to replies
As far as I know Tejas Constructions is one of the old and reputed builders in Bangalore. In real estate every builder's have pros and cons, this kind of delay is happen because of some issue like labour issue,builders financial problems etc. Delay is not new thing in real estate.
Dinesh, not sure if you have seen the 1st block progress. do not just comment because you are asked to do so!
this builder is extensively charging vat and service tax. as per new law builder should not charge vat.
