Q:
I have just taken possession of my flat at Shobha Chrysanthemum I would like to elicit information from you whether I should instal R. O . Kent or Aqua guard. Any useful information on water analysis will be appreciated.I was informed by the builder that ground water is potable. Now I have to decide about installation of equipments to further refine to my reqt.
My replies to this discussion
R.O. Kent is said to be better than aquaguard, however auaguard has got the best service network all over India. So if service is not a problem go for R.O.KentR.O. well Mocherlal.. i m staying in shobha dhalia.. and using R.O. Kent. Contaminated water can cause a lot of disease and neither the ground water nor the water supplied by municipality is portable. Please confirm from your builder if he has installed a big purifier attached with the water tank , if he has in that case also I would suggest you to get your own purifier as the you can’t be sure about the regular cleaning and maintenance of the community purifier. If you are getting water by tanker in that case water could be potable but you should ask the agency who is supplying the water. well Mocherlal.. i m staying in shobha dhalia.. and using R.O. Kent. I 'm trying to do a study on the viability of such projects.
Q:
What are your views about tall buildings and whether they are required or not? Some of the high towers are expected to come up in Noida too and one of them is at Wave City Cente in Sector 25 (A) and Sector 32, which will be a 100-storey iconic building.
My replies to this discussion
think tall buildings are the need of time. since it is the only way to catter the volume of people migrating to these cities in search of lively hood . think tall buildings are the need of time. since it is the only way to catter the volume of people migrating to these cities in search of lively hood .
Q:
What is happening to Hafeez contractor designed Noida tower which was much in the news 7 years back and then went into dormancy due to some opposition from some quarters. is Noida going to be satisfied just by iconic 100 storey tower or is it going to resurface out that hidden Noida tower plan to at least surpass the upcoming world`s second tallest India tower being constructed in Mumbai, if not surpass the khalifa or the king itself in Dubai- the Burj Khalifa in Dubai which is currently world`s tallest. At that time one opposition was Noida being in seismic zone 4 well if 100 storeys can be safe, so can be 150. Another opposition was there is enough land with Noida that there is no need to go vertical and rather we should concentrate on better water, electricity, blah blah! Well again if we are going as far as 100 why not like previous plan go for the gold or the best.

This project is on a halt because it has not got clearence from Noida athority because of the land issue as the land it was supposed to be built on belongs to the farmers. Aa far as i believe Noide is getting a huge volume of migrants every year so i think saying that noida is having enough land and their is no need to go verticle is unjustified. Q:
Hi all, please tell me if there is any water or other issue in this apartment.. I am planning to buy flat here so I want to know if there are any issues in this apartment..
My replies to this discussion
Monika, the water issue is normal, like everywhere in Bangalore. we do get Corporation water supply, but we also get supply through water tankers. And there is no Kavery water supply in this part. We do get 24 hours water supply.. And as far as I know, there are no other issues to worry about.. Q:
Well, there has been incidents when the tenants happen to reach the owner of a property directly in spite of the fact that he/she get to know the property through an agent.
The deal is struck without the agent knowing how it happened. Only the enlightened who are fairly knowledgeable about the whole gamut on online classified business understand the connection.
That makes me ask the question; do online website property portals actually kill the middlemen business in real estate in big cities such as Chennai?
Q:
Does this project has all approvals? Builder is not able to provide matching blue print for the apartments in tower 8 and hence SBI is not disbursing the loan amounts. Builder is still charging 18% interest and forcing customers to go with PNB. Legally can the building be constructed without matching approval?
