Yes it is absolutely the right time and good idea to invest on NH24. Particularly planning to invest in NH24 will fetch you good appreciation in future as the portion in Ghaziabad is witnessing very good residential development. The Wave City project is about to get completed by 2014.

Hi... I agree with Mr. Sankalp, even in my apartment we have similar type of pipe network in which the latrine pipes are passing through my ceiling and going to the duct outside. But I would suggest Mr.Sarkar to talk to the site engineer once and confirm the quality of pipes and the probability of the leakage.Hi...
