High Tension wire - in a location above the Tennis Courts , Play area and Swimming pool - whizzing throughout. Not good - and can't compromise with health - this is an investment which we are making once and cannot compromise. The dig is for 9 floors - and they have just increased 2 floors - with higher load bearing bricks. Scary 4. As of today - the 3rd floor of Tower 1 - A & B are over - doubt that the building will come up by March 2013. They have to build in neck-break speed. Amenities look to be ready by 2014 end - post tower 2 - blocks c d and e.3. All the flats now available are either in the 9 - 10 -or 11 floor - a part from some in the 1st floor. ( Sq ft rates higher ) Based on above points we have backed out on our plan to book KG.
