Q: I currently stay in Indiranagar. I am looking forward to buy a 2 BHK flat. I came to know about Keerthi Gardenia from a colleague of mine. Can someone give me the details about the flat if any flat is available for sale ?

We had paid the money and blocked the flat - but backed out due to the following reasons - discussed with all in detail - 1. Keerthi Gardenia does not have any late delivery/ handover clause - whereas all builders around have - Soneata Meadows ... Sumudhara ... 2. High Tension wire - in a location above the Tennis Courts , Play area and Swimming pool - whizzing throughout. Not good - and can't compromise with health - this is an investment which we are making once and cannot compromise. As of today - the 3rd floor of Tower 1 - A & B are over - doubt that the building will come up by March 2013. They have to build in neck-break speed. Amenities look to be ready by 2014 end - post tower 2 - blocks c d and e.3. Now there is a new fiasco of some person claiming that the entrance from the Sriram Samruddhi side is his private property. 7. All the flats now available are either in the 9 - 10 -or 11 floor - a part from some in the 1st floor. ( Sq ft rates higher ) Based on above points we have backed out on our plan to book KG. Q: Any one booked flat in VijayaSri Elixir. Is there any pro and cons of the project? Legal clearance? Any feedback about the builder?
