the builder is neither giving requisite papers to my financers LICHFL nor constructing the project. Now they have changed the allotment and given me an alternate location in the same location. What is the ccredibility of the company. Please some body who has booked a flat with the builders do come in touch with me. I shall be grateful.

I am in same situation.
I had booked in Gold Palm -B in 2009.
They have scrapped the building from the plan to bring in 'ORCHID' there, which is a new project.
They are not getting loans from any bank. They are refusing Refund.

Omaxe company at its own convenience decided to change allotement of the flats at Omaxe palm greens in Greater Noida because they are not many takers for the scheme. We had booked a flat as part of the mini township which was planned in MU sector in Greater Noida.Since when has company started thinking about the welfare of its allotees. Since it is not able to meet the timelines, it has conveniently realloting the flats which is not justified.Due to certain facilities and bldgs planned earlier are not coming up, it is learnt that company has slashed its rates but the same has not been officially communicated to the allotees. Such attitude of the company has really tarnished the image of the Company.
