Any review or feedback on Sri Mitra Builders and Developers?
Q: They don't have their own website. Which other projects have they completed ? Were they done on time or delayed ? How was the quality of construction and materials used in interiors like doors, tiles, bathroom fittings etc ? Has anybody booked and legally verified the paperwork for Spring Valley project ?

Would appreciate any reviews on the builder. They have a completed project in Nagawarapalya, CV Raman Nagar. I'm yet to go and check that out. Yes they dont have a website is surprising. We approached them and they said the builder has got A-Khata and the owners would get only B-Khata. Why so? Is it ok to have B-Khata??
I talked to them and I was told that they are giving A-Khata.
