Hi Shivaji and All, I haven't checked with them about E-khata... As per my understanding we can get E-khatha done anytime with additional processing... When i checked with lawyer he informed me to get certified copies of their partnership deed and other documents but i havent got a chance to do so... Since they had Aditya Grand developed well i believe we should be good with Aamby city keeping my fingers crossed....
