Saroj Group has constructed over 3,25,000 Sq Ft which includes of 173 Units of 7 Residential and 1 Commercial Projects as on March 2012. Saroj Group was incepted in the Vision of developing and constructing Residential Apartment's and Commercial Complex's in and around Bengaluru. So I feel the project will be good.

The price per sqft they are quoting is around Rs 2900 which is slightly negotiable. Phase I is getting completed by 2014 December and Phase II is getting completed by August 2015.

I too have visited the site, interested to buy a 3 bhk, can any one advise how reputed is the builder and about the quality of construction. Came to know that saroj group is 10 years old.

Its having a good review among the customers. One of my colleage stays in saroj aquila and he's happy with it. Project was delivered on time with good quality. One of my frnd has booked a flat in saroj orchid and as per him the construction progress is on track and they will get the posession on time, this December. I'm gng to book tomorrow. If you book then plz let me know. Its better to know each other from now itself.

Hi Venugopalan, the price per sq ft for 2bhk is around Rs 2,950. The price for 2bhk is around Rs 42 lakhs for size 1100 sq ft and for 3bhk is around Rs 54 lakhs for 1645 sq ft. Currently 2bhk is available.

I have booked a flat already. I felt little sad initially, when i requested for couple of change; they said it is chargeable smaller additions and no refund/compensate for removing bigger utilities. Customer facing folks are little stringent favoring on builder side :( Rest seems ok now. They have promised for oc,a-khata, so i have proceeded.
