Information about the project.
Q: Hi Ranganathan_ananth, chetan.fernandes86 & prasant_saxena, ya i talked to ashok patel, he told me price of 21000 per sq yard.. I saw the price of 24.76 lacs on abodesindia.com posted by parshwanath people only. Well any one think that price is worth buying ? Any of you brought property in parshwanath atlantis park ? I fear that property construction material is under quality and possibly no specific works like anti termite treatment, waterproofing, precast tiling/asphalt road, etc

Hi Vishal, I booked one unit in 2010 @15,500/- per sq yard in PETALS. But they r delaying the project like hell.... Besides, I don't think Ahmedabad is the right place to INVEST as hardly the property price grows. Its better to explore and invest places like Delhi NCR or Bangalore where it fetches good return.....
