Thanks a lot for your response. I agree that the builder is telling that they will give possession by mid 2015 but what I would like to know, what was the reason for the delay which has already happen and is there a chance of further delay?
Also is there any issue with the proect?

The price of a 2 bhk apartment in this project ranges from Rs 65 lakhs to Rs 85 lakhs approximately. The project has been approved by BBMP and I do not think there is any legal issue in this project.
Thanks for providing the information. Do you own flat or have you booked flat for N D Passion. I would like to get more information.
