Hi,
I finally booked S-5 in Mana Placido after lot of ifs and buts. Overall if you compare the floor plan, builders' reputation and price Placido stands tall in Whitefield area. Hoping that the area surrounding the project will develop well in few years to come one can expect a decent per sqft rise.

As per my experience Mana Builder is quite good. I didnt go for Legal Verification as Prem has told he has done the same. Also as it was approved by SBI and LIC , so i was not much worried about legal parameters. So i booked 3 BHK around 4 months back. But still i would suggest if you concern , please go for verification to have mental peace.
Regarding progress , its right on schedule. Tile work has started in most of floors.

I am thinking to book flat in placido. Has anyone noticed the workers living in the shed on adjacent property on left hand side? The flats on that side of shed may face some nuissance by those laborers. Any views on this? Builder says that strip of land belongs to more than one owner and will remain as is.

Has anyone booked any flat in Foyer infinity recently? I visited the project yesterday. Builder says the possession would be March 2013 but I seriously doubt that. Progress of last couple of towers seems slow. Moreover he is quoting 3650-3700. Is this price OK for this project? Also those who have booked consulted any lawyer to check on the legality of the land? I am mainly concerned about that road passing from the middle the society.
Regarding that storm water drainage what problems one can face if flat is facing that side?
Any inputs would be highly appreciated.
