Lodha's extra demands that are not justified
Q: Total extra money that Lodha has asked till now is Rs. 100800 (Parking)+Rs. 27000 odd for MVAT + Rs. 87000 odd for Service Tax + Rs. 47000 towards upkeep of public amenities. This comes to around Rs. 261800 and we have 5300 odd flats in CBG. So Total extra money that lodha is earning is Rs. 139 Cr. I will not recommend anyone to invest in Lodha's property.

We have already paid development charges of Rs. 1.5 Lac odd. Not sure why lodha is asking for upkeep of public amenities. We have already paid this in the form of several Taxes.
