Apart from tower, the other major problem is approach road...its very narrow & very much inside. + railway track which is so close to apartment. May be tower can go off ( which is also not 100% sure) but approach road will be the same with more traffic & railway track won't go away anyways. Not sure what people look before investing in such properties. Yes definitely their project keerthi Harmony is very good project & at excellent location + ready to move in with same price which builder offering for chalet . Hi Pankaj, for investment purpose you should go for 2 bhk with this budget . any area near to metro will cost 70-80 L for 3 bhk. For investments , ready to move in are best as they can help you with immediate earnings (rent). Rammurthy nagar /hormauv you can check, they are upcoming area with close proximity to Manyata tech park, old madras road, white field & MG road.
