It floods in this area when it rains. The only road that is leading to this property is damaged and it is passing through Suncity aparmtents. There is a dispute on this with Suncity residents

This is a great project...there are no issues...no smell etc...there is a storm water drain that is under construction. I have already booked a 4 bhk there..I stay in neighbouring sobha appts and no issues with this area...after a lot of research on outer ring road and white field I zeroed down on embassy pristine since it is very well located, great builder and ambience arond with amazing facilities. I missed another point...there is no dispute on the road with sun city apartments....infact that is a bbmp road which is why you will now see if you visit sun city appts every apartment has it's own security. I am considering buying a flat in Embassy pristine and wants to understand if water logging is a problem in this area?
Also, they have parking made on ground floor and first floor, which is bit unusual. Will this lead to any kind of problems?
