There seems to be a further delay. It may stretch to May 2013. The past experience with the builder is bad since they are delaying the project with irrelevant excuses. Other projects are on time.

They have started asking to take possession in the current state. Still many of the amenities are yet to be in place.

the amenities are still in progress and optimistically it will take another 4-5 months for things to be in place.Also there are many labours working there, so it will not be possible for someone to start staying there in next 2 months.Whats our options now???
