In the Ist Phase of Indiabulls green, now they are charging differnce in increased super area and charging nearly 2.5 lakhs per unit. This can't be acceptable.
Flat booked in the year 2008, then the unit area was at 990 sq.ft. At the time of agreement in the year 2010, the unit area was changed at 1050 sq.ft with a carpet area of 754 sq.ft. Now in the finishing stage of the property again they are changing super area at 1155 sq.ft with the same carpet are of 754 sq.ft. and demanding a differnce of Rs.2.5 lakhs more. This is not reasonable. This has to be withdrawn immediately.
All the flat owners must object this kind of attitude of the Builders. Pannagendran F/o Kirankumar.
