comment about SVS builders: construction quality is not good. Finishing is not as up to the mark, even first time builders much better. i have already took apartment at Ananda nilayam, struggling a lot... problems like Tiles would not fixed properly. when we walk on the floor we can feel oddly placed tiles. water leveling at restrooms so bad... after use we need clean every time... so painful.. if we complain, builder will say that they will correct... but they will eat time like anything... In overall they are good at talking & convincing... Finally our problem will not fix...comment about SVS builders: construction quality is not good.
