Q: The Apartment car packing is too Narrow and the Car part not a standard size. The Standard car pack size as per Central town Plan council advisory committee guide lines its should be around 30Sequer meter for 2BHK House. I am trying to reach Builder to amend the size of car park and make the standard for all. Please do share your Views & comments

for 3 BHK, Even for me 2.3 * 4.2 mtr Less than 10 sq mtrs allocated as car parking... Q: How are SVS builders and their constructions? Do they deliver on time ?

SVS constructions is currently doing several projects under construction. One project SVS Anand Nilayam, opp. heritage fresh, Ramamurthy Nagar has been completed 3 months ahead of schedule. Construction quality is OK.

SV'S Constructions Is one of the fastest growing construction companies in South-India. Their goal is to deliver quality of construction with continuous improvement.
Agree for the fastest growing construction company... their quality of construction is not good. Finishing for the walls like patti is so ugly... and who ever comes to my house they are scolding about the finishing...

comment about SVS builders: construction quality is not good. Finishing is not as up to the mark, even first time builders much better. i have already took apartment at Ananda nilayam, struggling a lot... problems like Tiles would not fixed properly. when we walk on the floor we can feel oddly placed tiles. water leveling at restrooms so bad... after use we need clean every time... so painful.. if we complain, builder will say that they will correct... but they will eat time like anything... In overall they are good at talking & convincing... Finally our problem will not fix...comment about SVS builders: construction quality is not good. Quality is not upto the standards. it is not worth for our investment for this SVS builder. I have bought one apartment at Ramamurthy nagar from this builder. the finishing is not good... for the last one year i have faced lot of problems(tile placement is not good. patti for the walls so bad, water level at restrooms is not proper...) with this builder quality... please search for another good builder.Quality is not upto the standards. it is not worth for our investment for this SVS builder. Hi Aishwarya, i have booked the flat in SVS palms 1, sometime back in Aug'2012. The project got approved by all leading banks like SBI,HDFC&LIC. Myself got loan approval from HDFC. you no need to worry about the approvals. Let me know if you need any other information.
Even I have booked the flat based on the locality and offered price... at one of the previous svs construction... but I was bit ignored about the quality of construction at the time of booking... after occupying the flat realised that construction quality is so bad that even tiles also is not placed properly... And patti for the walls is like zig zag... water leveling at rest rooms is not proper
