Even I received the letter...but payment on VAT interest is still unclear. I think there is a delay in possession. Did you try to talk with the builder?
I spoke to Sales office and there will be no request for installment for a month due to worker issue

And this same situation was in earlier and the construction halt for couple of months....Currently the construction has been stopped since July

Hey All - I am also a unit holder in DB Ozone - builder is diverting its funds and not very much keen to complete this project early. Recently I visited the site and found that on the space of bldg. NO. 5 they are constructing hotel and it seems their priority.
We all need to come together and need to discuss with builder and to put pressure to early completion, any anyone want to help each other plz drop a mail to me. We have just started and few people have come up, looking for more people to make an impression that we are not alone.
Mr Sanders, I won't be able to make it until October due to overseas project. Let me know if I can be in help in some other means... Thanks

Hi Have any one received letter from DB to pay 4.02% vat,they have not provided breakup for this,please advise what should be done,should i wait or pay the said amount,they have demanded the amt in next 7 days,and asper some news there are no such clearity on calculation of tax charged by builders
