Planning to invest on Sonesta Meadows.
Q: I need feedback on NSD builders, can anyone help me? Planning to buy a home at Sonesta Meadows, Thubarahalli, Bangalore. Is it worth to buy?

Guys-I have seen the project, the project is almost in a finishing stage and the construction work was delayed but the quality of work is fine and good ,the flats are almost finished and road work is almost started.sonesta cosmos is not a project of nsd builders Subash

Hi Srinath, OC will be issued only if the building is completed I think. We did not check with the builder yet. I am a current resident at this place. Please plan on buying this if you are OK with the following in the foreseen future: 1) Water seepage issue everywhere 2) No Clean entrance & compound wall 3) Lift not Working 4)No Hygienic usage of water 5) No OC availability 6) No Roof covering for common areas 7) No STP readiness & current sewage treatment methodology 8) Amenities completion deadline failed multiple times 9) No Parking allotment. 10) Passive management and no issue resolution
Hi All, We have been staying here for past 3 months. There no critical issues as said above. For those who plan to buy, I request you to have a site visit and discuss with people who stay here. Management is doing one by one and we have good communication with them as well. The project is not yet completed, and we are expecting to get it by this year as per the schedule.

Hi All, We are done with legal verification and got go head from the lawyer. I have done following investigation and would like to share them with you all 1. Went to sonesta meadows and checked with the occupants over there about the quality of their houses. All were satisfied with the quality , branded items being used and they are stating that builder is keeping all his promises. 2. They also agree that there is some delay happened which is true, but hope it may not happen in IWoods. 3. After discussing with them I understood that builder is supportive and trying to do his best. 4. Branded items being used, got chance to visit few of people houses there are simple good. 5 The overall quality is good, value for money invested. I suggest people who want to book with NSD, please visit the meadows talk to the people over there, check the quality and come to some conclusion. Instead of getting disturbed by some negative or positive comments which happened to me :).

I also booked a flat in sonestaa I woods for its location though very close to ORR it is very quite, calm and peaceful, so the property appreciation would be fast and rental value will be high. The open space left in center is very good and the amenities providing by the builder are also good. The price also less compared to other builders whose price is more than rs. 5500/- and plot area is around 3.5 acres so this project is the biggest among all near by projects. The quality and speed of the project is satisfactory.

hi i booked a flat in sonestaa iwoods, they suggested LIC and SBI , has anybody approached these two banks for loan ? what is the rate of interest of these two banks, builder was telling he is providing branded electricals , bathroom fitting like taps etc; flooring and lift. please share with me what brands builder is providing worthful ?
