Hi...I am Vinita.. We are planning to buy a 3bhk flat in Samhita Sarovar Block A. We have been told that the possession date for Block A is Aug'14 which will further delayed by 2 months becoz of sand strike. Also, the builder is not giving OC for this apartment.
