Registration of Apartment/Flats in Pulmeria
Q: Does Anyone has idea why builder is stating that registration will take more than 6 months after taking possession? This ideally is not the scenario if everything has been taken care of already. It's bit suspicious as after taking possession I don't have registration in place what is legality of ownership?

I what tower they have stared for possession. I have seen work is not in progress and delayed a lot. They might compromised the quality work as well. Rohtash is not concentrating on this project.
