THANKS ONCE AGAIN, YES THE PLOT IS OWNED BY ME FROM THE 90's SO THIS IDEA WAS FOR A GOOD SOURCE OF RETURNS REGULARY IF THIS PROPOSAL WILL WORKS THE ADJACENT BUILDINGS ARE GODOWNS/FACTORIES ETC., DOING SIMILAR. AS FOR RESIDENTIAL PROJECT THE LANE OF THIS PLOT DOES NOT HAVE ANY RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS [IT IS NOT A GOVERNMENT APPROVED INDUSTRIAL AREA] THE RESIDENTIAL PROJECT WILL NOT FIND GOOD RETURNS AND THE INVESTMENT TO BUILD WILL COST MORE.
