Has any one booked any flat in Ashish J K apartments ,Marathahalli(Builder - Aashish Developer and Builders)? It seems currently booking is in progress for the C Block ( A & B Block is over). Please let me know how good the builder is as not found any review regarding the builder.

Hi arina, the lawyers have said its a good investment, the builder is genuine. I have booked a 3bhk on the first floor. I dont know when the possession is. I am currently staying right behind the flats, I can see the progress everyday. it can get delayed. maybe early next year
i could not get any website or other details about the builder plus there are lot of marketing people selling this same flats . who was the actual builder in your case?
