How would you rate Gopalan as a builder?
Q: Hi, I am looking to buy Gopalan Atlantis. I saw some bad reviews about other Gopalan properties, one of these was about Gopalan Grandeur. I would like to get an unbiased opinion about the builder. 1. Was there any delay in completing the project? If yes, by how much? 2. What is the quality of the materials used? Is there any complaints like leakage? 3. How good is the maintenance? Is the area clean, and the facilities like swimming pool well maintained? 4. How good is the dealing? hey i booked a unit in gopalan yesterday. the quality, design and service wise they are very good. the executives were so helpful..
