Hi, I am plannig to buy a flat in this project and want to know about the quality,builder, any issues etc. I am just worried about the water scarcity in that location, so would it be good decision to buy a flat in this location. Whether builder will be able to provide and maitain all the amenitied what he is promising?

I do not think ICICI is providing home loan for this project. Banks that are providing home loans are HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd and State Bank of India.
Any issues behind ICICI rejecting this project?
