Is this project got approval for 4 floors or 5 floors?
Q: The fourth floor apartments in this project are duplex.Does any one have info on how many floors are approved as per plan? B+G+4 or B+G+5?

This project has approval for B+G+4 Floors. And there are no deviations.This project has approval for B+G+4 Floors. And there are no deviations.

I Agree with Vijayan,I visited few days back. Always remember one easy formula: if the small time builder is trying to attract with bigger dimensions, some eye catching floor plan we need to be extra cautious. The USP could be that but loop holes start haunting only later on
This is false. This project is several times better compared to many properties from so called big builder. I have done a thorough check and review before deciding my flat here.

As per rules the boundary wall of the project should be 30 meters away from the service track (railway track).
Q: Any idea if they have kept this in mind and constructed the boundary , where they are planning for tennis court etc.
