I don't know about Noida Extension or Greater Noida, but I expect at least 80%-85% of the inventory along Expressway. Hi Dhananjay, In my point of view, the Noida Metro Rail Company (NMRC) is about to be formed. Also, MOU with the DMRC has been executed. We will start work on the 30kmlong link next year. The work for the two metro extensions from City Centre to Noida Sector 62 and Greater Noida and is likely to be completed by 2017.
@ Dhananjay, According to me, the news of Metro extension and making its inroads into Noida has also spelt some good news for both the residents of Noida and Indirapuram. With both the areas catering to affordable housing and mid segment, metro connectivity will just cat as a shot in the arm and up the real estate market.
