Q: What is the ongoing rate and prospects of this project in the short and long term? Please let me know. Thanks

Hi Mahesh, ongoing rate is around Rs 8000 per sqft. Project is good for investment purpose. I would suggest you to go for long term investment rather than short term seeing the price and location of the project.
