He says only A block seems to be completed and that too only 70%. There still seems to be more interior work to be done in A block. Initially, Mantri said they are going to complete all 9 blocks in parallel and handover all the apartments at the same time. The reason they stated is that they do not want to release one block at a time and have residents occupying while other blocks are under construction. I'm not sure if they are still going to hand it over this way. If yes, then there is going to be a lot of delay because none of the other blocks are completed. Not even half finished.
