Scheduled completion is March-2014 as per my discussion with Swagat Official. But payment plan of 30 months suggest completion suggest October-2014. What is going on....
Hi Amit..Swagat Afford is really a good project. It offers 2 bhk luxurious apartments which is available in two different sizes. The builder Swagat Infrastructure Ltd is one of the reputed builder in Gujarat. There are many projects ongoing in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar and infact delivered many good ones also.
Have you purchased flat there ? and wht is the current rate going and when they are going to give possession ?

Not specific any project there rates are almost same in every project but people say there construction qty is gud...

Hi Joydeep and Amit..i heard a lot about Swagat Group..they have delivered around 11 projects in Ahmedabad and another 10 are ongoing. And yes there are 2 -3 projects in Gabdhinagar also.They are reputed builders of Gujarat. Have you decided of any particular project..??
They are there but two costly compare to other what is the current rate of Sq Yara / Sq Ft ?
