As lots of projects are launched/Launching in Dharuhera (like Beshtech, Raheja Bulders, Vardhman, Avlon, M2K, reliance etc.) and the NH24 highway is expanding lots of flyovers are building which will decrease the traveling time to Gurgaon by 20/30%, and The Cubix is on road (near to highway), so investment for near feature will be beneficial or not?
