Is investing in Ozone Urbana a good idea?
Q: Is investing in Ozone Urbana a good idea? Will there be issues due to the closeness to the Airport. Also i have heard that there is a problem of water availability in this belt? Please suggest. I am looking forward to invest in North Bangalore, please suggest some other projects which are viable (2500 psf) and are close to the airport.

I have recently booked a flat in Ozone Urbana and hoping that everything turns good. It's no doubt the most hotspot in Bangalore right now given the close proximity to BIAL and the biggest advantage of being located on NH-7. If some one already went with this pre-emi scheme with ozone please let me know if you have signed the tri-party agreement.
Q: Since the Tri-Party Aggrement mentions that Ozone Is going to pay the Pre-Emi till 31-March-2015 and not till possession. Pre-Emi in Ozone Urbana Aqua

I have booked a 2BHK Flat in Aqua and hopefully this is going to be the largest mixed township with Apartments, Villas, Plots, School, Hospital, Hotel, Old Age Homes, Mall and an IT Park.
