Status of Sunteck Orion in Airoli- Delay in commencement of work for lack of approvals? When will this project start. Its been a year since its prelaunch and i hear that it does'nt have required appropriation about your Question.
I have given up on this option , the latest is that the project is being scrapped . Am intrested in a 2 BHK flat , apparently all 2 BHK flats in oceans seem to be fully sold off and they have offered me orion instead. Ask them first if they have all clearances ( CC etc..) from local bodies to start construction. I am caught since March 2012. No idea when the construction will start!!!!!!!!!

Approved by major banks like HDFC, ICICI, Standard Charter etc. for home loan.
The other related projects with 2BHK in this viscinity are Green World, Signia Oceans with sizes ranging from 940 sq/ft to 2843 sq/ft.
I recently picked up a flat in Bhoomi Colossa in sector 19 , it is fully constructed and has full OC ..1.24 for a 2 BHK ..1230 sq feet
