Guys also Crossing republik is near to many schools and hospitals . You can take examples of Kailash Hospital in Noida, Amity University and ISBT railway station in Delhi situated in proximity to Crossings Republik and it hardly 30 minutes to reach these places from Crossings. Builder Piyush Group has committed to handover the plot within 3 years. But 5 years gone, nothing in hand. I visited the site but there is zero activity at the ground since last 2 years. As per my knowledge, the seller should get the registry done in your name first. Then only you can make the sale agreement. Otherwise, you will have to face trouble selling the property in future or even taking a loan for it.
