Hi All, According to me, Faridabad started as an industrial town with the majority of employment opportunities emerging from the industrial sector. There is now a gradual shift in trend and the service sector is picking up in the area. Faridabad's improved connectivity with key cities of the NCR, primarily Delhi and Noida, has been favorable for its realty market.
Yes Rajib, I agreed with your comment. The annual appreciation over the last couple of years for housing projects in this region stands at around 8-10 per cent. This is consistent with the overall trend seen in the NCR market. The values have been significantly affected by negative economic sentiments, political uncertainty, high inflation and cost of borrowing and the liquidity crisis. The region mainly has affordable housing in low ticket-size projects, with a few luxury projects.

You can take examples of Kailash Hospital in Noida, Amity University and ISBT railway station in Delhi situated in proximity to Crossings Republik and it hardly 30 minutes to reach these places from Crossings. Udit the project is a very good and awaited one ! planned over approx 650 acres of beautifully landscaped area offering urban farm houses., And about the builder , they are well renowned and are know for good delivery of project! I think you can trust them for time and quality!

Okey, connectivity:- Delhi Border-5 mins, ISBT-40 mins, Indira Gandhi International Airport-40 mins, 20 mins drive from South Delhi & Gurgaon etc. They are charging Rs. 300000 for 2 BHK and Rs. 4.5 lacs for 3/4 BHK as booking amount.

Well Rajib, Because of the infrastructure provided by the Builders and Government. Compare the roads in Noida and Faridabad, you will find the difference.

Hi Mukesh, As i know Faridabad is 6th fastest growing city in the world. Property rates in the locality are much lower as compared to other locations in the NCR. Six laning of Mathura Road commenced to improve connectivity with Delhi?NCR. Metro link and Badarpur flyover has already completed in 2010 which added the other advantages to this project. The FNG (Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad) expressway and the KMP (Kundli-Manesar-Palwal) expressway to dramatically improved connectivity. The Delhi-Badarpur Border is a short drive away while it takes only a short while to get to Delhi’s national and International Airports.Sector 84 enjoys the benefit of sitting peacefully away from the hustle and bustle of a mega city and yet having all the amenities at its doorstep.
Yes, Srishti is right. Puri Construction Pratham has developed the best living quarters in Sector 84 region of Faridabad. One City Home is a HUDA approved project and all necessary approvals are in place. Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions such as LIC Housing FIn. Ltd., HDFC, ICICI banks have approved this project. And the booking amount will be 2 Lakh of a 3BHK flat and rest of the amount equal to 20% will be paid at the time of registration after deduction of Rs.2 lakh.

Q: Hi All, I have made a payment of Rs.100000 just to hold the inventory signing the application form but suddenly I have got money crisis and I am unable to pay booking amount at all and I want to get my money return. Hi Chandan! Do you have valid receipt for the payment you made? If so consult a lawyer and file a case in consumer court if you are not able to get refund by personal request.
@Chandan!! To seek refund you have to act in accordance with the law. You qualify to seek refund if you have not violated the agreement or the clauses mentioned on the booking form.

Hi Mahesh, Even I have purchased a plot in March 2012 in Piyush City, Palwal. I am paying EMI while being on rent. I am helpless because i have to pay both EMI as well as rent for my house. Builder Piyush Group has committed to handover the plot within 3 years. But 5 years gone, nothing in hand. I visited the site but there is zero activity at the ground since last 2 years. Hello Mahesh, As per my knowledge, the seller should get the registry done in your name first. Then only you can make the sale agreement. Otherwise, you will have to face trouble selling the property in future or even taking a loan for it. Yes, there is a specific duration I think 1-2 month under which you need to get registry done.
