I here from other friends that ,The car paring which is provided for VGN Platina is suppose not to be charged for the Owners. I have bought the flat in vgn platina. last weekend, i happened to see that the tiles are imported in the site, that looks 1.2 in size. however, they mention that it is 2.4 in size in the agreement & internet specification.
I request the buyers of VGN platina, please inquire the customer care asap. I have checked with them. They said that they would check and come back.

05/01/2013 - Status. Villas still not yet complete. No sign of road. STP half constructed. EB big problem. (Buy inventer to sleep... lol). VGN postponded handover to April 30 2013 (another eyewash). I will take mearly 2 months for sure.
Phase 1 - 05/09/2013 - 2nd coat painting completed. Touchup will be done for interior works and slabs upon request.

You are started Platina Appartment Projects on July 2010 and you were committed to handover by Dec 2011 (As per the agreement date is July 2012 with grace period of 3 months) . Till now you have not handover the flat to me. Whenever i approach regarding this issue you will keep on deferring by giving unacceptable reasons .Last week I got a mail from you extending handover date to the end of April 2013 .But i can't trust your words, I surely know that you will defer with a reason again in the Month of April 2013. Please don’t give any more non valuable reasons, kindly understand the customers situations.

For me the delay of VGN PLATINA was really heart breaking. VGN partly ruined my life. The customer service never told me a clear picture of the delay. Project Started 2010 and still going. Above all have some previous experience, so they already have a house to live. I am a tenant in someone's house and do have any clue when this projected would get completed.
The essential features provided by VGN is Admirable, but what about the time consumption. Compensation of 18% per year for the payments made after July 2012 is not enough. I am paying my EMI's along with house rent which come to 20K. Thinking of going legal need some ideas.
Note : Association should consider the fact that Ammunities provided by VGN will not compensate common man;s life. Think, then take decision for everyone's satisfaction. Pre EMI - You take up a loan in Bank called ABC. ABC will have a contract with the builder. The builder will get the money in installment. For the money disbursed you need to pay EMI (Interest alone) until your EMI actual starts. Only when bank pays all the requested loan amount they will raise the ECS to get EMI's.
