Hi All, I am planning to book a house in Parkway Home, i went to the site but I guess i din't pay much attention to this sharing of amenities. Thanks for this post, i know it now but my major worry is about the Location. Do you guys, owners found the location convenient or you guys are hoping that the jail road is going to expand ? Though its distance form sarjapur mainroad be around 7-8 kms but the road is really narrow. And once the project is completed ( and possibly more projects would build around that) i think that the road may not cope up with it. I want to know from owners if you have had such thought as well ? If yes, have you done any reasearch of the future developments around this area ? ( i know that the Prephiral ring road is proposed, but dont know when would it be completed). If you guys have done any reason i would be very interested to speak to you.
