Q: Hi, we are thinking of buying a 3BHK flat in Purva Highlands. The builder is asking us Rs. 3390 per sq ft. Is that too expensive for the area? Also, can any current residents provide information about whether the area beside Highlands is being developed? Also, is there an association already formed by the residents of Purva highlands? Whats the deal wrt Khata Transfer?

Yes. Numerous problems. No occupation certificate. Builder has depreciated the value of the property as the project is not even 35% sold since its launch in 2006! Not a good buy. And the sales representatives are giving a wrong picture of the property. It's defenitly a bad buy. I have decided against this.Yes. Numerous problems. No occupation certificate.
