Hi Shivaji, I haven't done the registration yet. I was trying to find some information about this project on google but this is the only forum having some activity. I am little confused with this BMRDA approval. recently I read an article in timesofindia and it was mentioned that BMRDA is not meant for approval and they have also listed the layouts which are not approved by them http://bmrda.kar.nic.in/unathourised.html. can anyone of you share the lawyer details that you have used to verify this property.
