Q: Dear Sir, I have finalized a reday to move 1-BHK builder floor (25 Lak) in Niti Khand - 1, Indirapuram for rent purpose. I am taking home loan of 20 lak for 20 yrs. my plan is to sell this flat after 5 yrs. as i will give this floor on rent (rent trend is 8-9 k). EMI would be approx 20 k. As i calculate in 5 yrs i have to pay 12 lak rs. My question is: will this property would give me good return after 5 yrs. Please give your advice. Thankyou. Warm Regards, Nitesh

Hey Nitesh, As per my knowledge, Signature Global Grand Iva is one of the affordable upcoming housing project, going to be developed by JMK Holding Pvt. Ltd( also known as Signature & Global). This affordable housing project will be located in Gurgaon, Sector- 103, which is having all daily basic amenities nearby. Project will offer 1BHK & 2BHK apartment, area ranging from 400 sq-ft to 745 sq-ft.
Dear Naveen, I am asking about the return and livability prospect b/w both locations? which would give me better return as well as End use after 3-4 yrs

Signature Global Grand Iva project will be developed with the help of Haryana Government. This is going to be a value based housing. Project will spread over around 9 acres of land, allotted by Govt. of Haryana. Project has not started yet. Project will lunch very soon. It is expected that project will complete within approx 4years. As per sources, pricing based on carpet area at Rs. 4000/sq-ft (all inclusive) and Balcony at Rs. 500/sq- ft (all inclusive).
