We are among those who have invested in the phase 1 of the uniworld resort. However we are not sure whether the project shall be completed in time and whether all the towers of phase shall be completed simultaneously. Further they have launched a new project by the same name. The project work is stalled for the last three months. Prospective investors are advised to take in consideration this aspect before investing. We have booked an apartment in tower 79 in phase 1. The construction work has not progressed beyond the basement in towers 78 to 82 while there has been noticeable construction in the other towers.
