Q: I have booked a flat last year in Krishna Ikon. Is there any burial ground nearby? Is there any water problem in that area? How much rent it will fetch for 1410 sq ft 3bhk flat at Krishna Ikon.

Since the builder quota is over, I am in touch with agents for the land owner's quota - They are quoting 4700 per sq. ft + reg. They are not negotiating even a single rupee saying that it is a pool facing flat. If anybody is dealing with the land owner quota, please provide some inputs. Also, I could not find any reviews about completed projects by SVS builders and their quality of construction. Please share any inputs on the same. I am about to book a 2BHK in this appt. I could not find any reviews about completed projects by SVS builders and their quality of construction - all reviews that I could find does not talk anything about quality.
