@afzal I don't understand why you didn't insist on the agreement in your name as soon as you put down the booking fee? If the builder doesn't give you an agreement then don't put down the deposit - basic stuff. Also its not exactly cheap to buy a ready-to-occupy flats is it? Hi I purchased a flat in Malibu Bonita Bellandur near ORR in 2013. No major issues with the builder, completion was on time and fitting and fixture quality as specified.
