I hope the KG builders projects such as Signature city is going well.They explain to me that these are different groups. It is confusing as all these projects are mentioned under the projects page of the same website. Dear forum members. I like to recall the messages and comments posted by me. I am informed that the Kochi project that I mentioned is not belonging to KG builders who are doing Signature City. I had seen all these projects including KG oxford symphony, Kochi under the same website under the Projects web page of KG builders, which was also misleading. The builders has come forward to address the issue of buyers with some relief measures for Kochi project also which is a constructive move from their side. ThanksDear forum members. KG builders are cheats, Don't expect any good with them. I booked my flat in oxford Symphony, Kochi in 2009 and was supposed to be completed in July 2010. July 2013 , I am not sure about the possession as they violated building rules and they have no completion certificate. They are also facing vigilance enquiry. One week I am trying to contact the builders, they are not even answering calls... They just sent an apology mail. They are cheats....KG builders are cheats, Don't expect any good with them. My flat at Oxford Symphony, Kochi is still not handed over even after three years of scheduled completion. I paid all three years rent and still living in rented house. This great builders has not even paid one rupee as compensation or relief to me. As per my experience, don't trust them. Dear All, I am not a buyer in Signature City. What I see in the posts here is similar to what I am going through with respect to their project in Kochi. I booked my flat in 2009 and till date I haven't got the hand over. They were denied the completion certificate siting the reason as violation of building rules and deviation from approved plan. KG builders deny that this project does not belong to them however, they are still maintaining Kochi project in their project list and moreover the director of KG builder's name is also there in my agreement.
