BWSSB has hiked its charges by 200% forapartments. For others, earlier rates continue. Can apartments protest?

Latest Answer: Bijoy - a few apartments are coming together to protest this since this is discrimination. If there are other apartments with the same problem, please do let me know and we will gather more momentum behind this.
