Murali - our usage has remained exactly the same as before but the latest bill is 3 times as much as the previous bills. They are applying a flat rate rather than a slab rate that too 200% higher. Bijoy - a few apartments are coming together to protest this since this is discrimination. If there are other apartments with the same problem, please do let me know and we will gather more momentum behind this.
