Recently they informed me either to take back the booking amount or continue with Shriram Smrithi by paying current booking price. How can they increase the price when we already booked the Flat in prelaunch offer and has been waiting for the construction to start?Did anyone faced the same problem?If yes could you please let know how did you resolve this issue?

Hi Friends i heard that 300 Acre KHB(Karnataka Housing Board) City have started his Surya City Phase-3 near Sarjapur-Attibele road. Plz do not buy in shriram smirthi project. This is not a gated community. There is common road coming in the middle of the project.Just walk down the west block and the left hand side you will see bill board for akruhti developers which is in the middle of smirthi project
Hi Ka sa can i get your mobile number, because i have already bought a flat in WEST block. some clarification i need. i saw that bill board but they told me that there is only 16 row houses with high budget. I think it's a common road only, it's a not a issue for me. But i know the appreciation of Shriram Group and this area also.
