Q: Hi I have heard that ASF Infrastructure is offering its properties at Rs 600 – 700 sq ft less price than what’s already the market rate in that area. What is the probable reason for it? I guess their facilities are more or less on par with top names.

They are actually offering a good Deal , They have brilliant amenities and Great Security being a IBM employee there should be no reason i should think about it twice. Q: I am not employee of TCS , IBM or Erickson still one of the broker is telling me that he can get me a home at ASF SEZ project, is it safe?? Is it happening that way ?

I already checked that with the brokers , Thank you all for ur Advise . I am also getting it at a fairly good price . the reason the employee is selling it is that they are sending him abroad . Q: I am not from Delhi and have no idea how real estate industry here has to offer, I am working in Gurgaon .. Is Gwal pahari road projects safe for family or ladies? As that’s the only upcoming area which is there in my budget. Any suggestions?

Hi ,Sir , if you want to invest in this area, firstly the area is very good for investment and end use.The price will be bit in the higher side. Paras have a very good project and they are quoting Rs 8000 per sq ft. For staying with family, this area is good and well connected!
As i am am working for IBM , I am getting a good deal at ASF project in Gwal Pahari Road. They are also offering me a fairly good price . They are providing the best security which will available 24/7 which will reach us on a single ring . As its a SEZ project thats what is making me think about it . any advise on that .
