Q:
I have booked a flat in LDA srishti apartment flat Kursi rd scheme 3 years back. Can any one please tell me what is the status of project. LDA people even do not pick the phone.
I and my Cousin booked two flats, one in Gomtinagar and another at Kanpur road under Sulabh Awas Yojna. We found out from the LDA office somewhere in March and they said that the work at Kanpur road was complete and they will star the registration in the first week of April. But soon after that when I phoned to find out, they said Abhi Kahan. It will take time. can any one find out what is going on? Why LDA is not trying to solve the problem. All of us have paid the full amount and till now there is no solution since we booked in 2010.I and my Cousin booked two flats, one in Gomtinagar and another at Kanpur road under Sulabh Awas Yojna. "LDA Lucknow to launch master plan for 2031" This is the news.
I wonder how can they launch new plans if they are unable to clear their previous pending schemes.
And why and how can public trust these new schemes?
LDA should clear all the back lot before they launch any new scheme. I mean they should not be allowed to do so.
This is just a discussion and we are helpless. And I think all of us in this forum are facing the same problem. Can anyone suggest any solution?

Would pl any body let me now the details of consumer forum in Lucknow? I would be going to consumer court under the act mentioned by parul saxena. 3 years passed but ground work is yet to begun for Sulabh? Anybody willing to join me for going to consumer forum for compensation for the delay?
I think all those who are facing this problem will definately join but it is difficult for the people like me. who are far from the place and cannot be physically present. but I am with you.. And we need to be together for the common cause.

ROFL, LDA again gave advertisement for Sargam apartment registration, after Srishti and Smiriti, it is again a doom to project of LDA. We should spared awareness so that our near and dear do not get tangled in this schemes.
Thanks to all for giving the latest updates otherwise LDA does not even bother to inform anyone!!!
How can LDA announce new schemes when it is unable to clear the old ones? All of us should unite and ensure that the new schemes are not launched unless the old ones are complete.
Secondly LDA should also see that the facilities-water & electricity are properly taken care of.
It is true that we should let everyone know about the problems that we are facing.

Continuing my last comment,
Following are the steps:
1. Keep writing weekly mail to LDA official about status, and remuneration for delayed project.
2. We will write emails to Chief minister and secretary also. These two activities for next 2 months.
3. After that a simple case can be filed based on letters, emails etc.
Any other suggestions welcomed.
Dear All,
I am also in the same line. I have written many mails but there is no reply. I fail to understand what have they made this R.B.O. for? I wrote to the whole lot of them, I mean the two control rooms- Sys Gomti & Trans Gomti but there is no reply. Please check the number of people working in that department.
The site says, "Public can register their complain in following ways" like :
1 Land Line Phone
2 E-mail
3 Whatsapp
4 Web-Site
5 Written Application
What are they getting their salary for? No reply. No feed back. Recently I heard that they have started registration for Kanpur Road but till now it is not confirmed.

Hi all,
I want to tell you that about 90% projects are stalled due to lack of clearances and land disputes. Almost 18 projects are stuck up in between out of the total 20 proposed projects. In some housing projects eve though the flats are ready, still they cannot not be given officially to allottees due to the carelessness of officials.
Thank you for the updates.
Now, what should we do to get the possession.
What ever may be the problem, it is the responsibility of LDA to clarify and solve all the disputes.
They should look into it and start giving possession. After all it is their responsibility
For how long are we going to wait..
Very strange. These flats were registered in March 2010. It has been 4 years since then. What should we do?
Only wait & then also we are not sure if we will get the possession????

Hi everyone,
Specially the allottees of Sulabh Awas Yojna Project-Gomtinagar and Kanpur road !!!
How about getting together and writing a letter to LDA asking to find a solution to our problems. At least I am planning to do so. Is there anyone willing to join?Hi everyone,

The expanding demand of flats in the housing system has already led to an expansion of suburban areas such as Sitapur Road, Gomti Nagar and Faiz Road as newer corridors of growth. The rapid growth of the IT sector, and MSMEs or micro, small and medium enterprises, cost effective property values and infrastructural development are some of the important attributes which fuel the real estate sector.
Any news about Sulabh Awas Youjna, Knapur Road????
Whatever may be the reason, LDA shoul clear the pending projects. For how long are we going to wait??
